Pancake Tuesday 2009 in Joey's!!!






We all headed down to the Staffroom this morning at about 10am. Dillon and Loughlan mixed the eggs and flour in a big bowl. (They got the recipe in The Great Joey's Cookbook!) I wore an apron that Fanno gave me! We poured the pancake mixture onto the pan. Dillon and Fanno had the honour of flipping the first pancake of 2009!
